During this episode Tim shares the highs, lows and learnings to date.  He shares intimately around the accident that occurs just 2 days before the 2017 Hawaii Ironman Championship along with the crushing disappointment of being told that he has a C2 fracture to his neck and that he would miss the 2017 Hawaii Ironman Championships, the fear that set in as well as the arduous rehabilitation that is still ongoing.

Thank you to this week’s show sponsor: On-Running. On was born in the Swiss alps with one goal: to revolutionise the sensation of running. It’s all based on one radical idea. Soft landings followed by explosive take-offs. Or, as we call it, running on clouds. On has supported Tim Don along his journey for many years now and we are proud to have him as an On athlete. For further information, visit www.on-running.com where you can see the range and find your local On dealer.
