In 2012, Georgia won the Junior World Duathlon Championships in Nancy, Georgia then burst into the World Triathlon scene in 2017 winning the Madrid World Cup by almost a minute, with an incredible run off the bike before finishing fourth in the under 23 World Championships also at Rotterdam that year.
