Chris Bramah is a UK-based Physiotherapist and Running Researcher who has worked and provided services for British Athletics and Team GB. Chris has completed his PhD investigating the biomechanics of running related injuries and biomechanical differences between elite and recreational runners.

Chris shares around the top biomechanical factors that Chris’s research and others have shown to be linked to running injury, the role of specific biomechanics related to common running injuries such as ITB and pain, tibial bone stress injuries and Achilles tendinopathy.
