Jeff competed across 4 Olympics, Beijing, London, Rio and Tokyo, he has been a 6 x National Champion across 800m and 1500m and holds the 1000m Oceanic National Record of 2:16:09.

When Jeff went to his 4th Olympic Games, he joined a select group of only 9 other track and field athletes to have been selected in 4 Olympic Games. At 34 years old, Jeff had a career best season, including being a semi-finalist at the Tokyo Olympics and running 4 of his top 10 fastest 800m performances.

In this episode, Jeff shares his top tips for longevity in the sport, his career highlights and the mental health challenges faced during his darkest moments.

Ed Goddard is a rising Australian distance running star from Mosman, New South Wales, he recently finished 2nd in the half marathon at the 2022 Gold Coast Airport Marathon.

One of the endearing things about Ed is he's very true to who he is as a person and those that know him know of the “Golden mullet” and the frequent sighting of his Oakley sunglasses on his head.

Matt Dixon is a World Class Triathlon Coach, former Professional Triathlete, Elite Swimmer and an Exercise Physiologist. As the founder and under Matt's guidance, Purple Patch Fitness have recorded 350 Professional Ironman and Ironman 70.3 victories and podiums including multiple World Championships, including Australian and former guest, Tim Reed’s 70.3 Ironman World Championship title.

Matt’s distinct performance methodology focuses on integrating performance into time-starved life, which has made him highly sought after as a resource amongst the industry for years. Matt is the author of two books, “The Well-Built Triathlete” and “Fast Track Triathlete” and a regular contributor to sports magazines and publications, an Ironman master coach alongside some corporate speaking to major companies on performance and leadership.
